10 Degrees South, if the name hasn\u2019t already given it away, which African country\u2019s food this restaurant is serving. It is South Africa, and it was the first restaurant across America to serve food from Africa\u2019s southernmost country.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before we dive into the menu, let\u2019s take note of an interesting story, well rather journey, behind this restaurant. It was founded by Justin Anthony, who only opened as a Plan B, following a tragic end to his soccer career after a bad knee injury.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, to the menu! 10 Degrees serves authentic South African experience through dishes such as Peri Peri Chicken (a spicy chicken South Africans are crazy about), malva pudding, boerewors (farmer\u2019s sausage), and the famous South African sparkling grape juice.<\/span><\/p>\n
