Demera Ethiopian Restaurant welcomes diners to Ethiopian food and hospitality in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood. Chef and owner Tigist Reda, who grew up in Ethiopia, has built the restaurant around dishes intended for sharing. Its location on Broadway makes it a destination for a meal with friends or family as well as a first introduction to Ethiopian cooking.
